P(of paul going) = 0.25

P(of Peter going) = 0.5

P(both going together) = 0.15

P(Paul not going) = 0.75

P(Peter not going) = 0.5

P(them not going together) = 0.85

P(neither of them goes) = P(Paul does not go) and P(Peter does not go) and P(they are not going together)

This equals to :

0.75 × 0.5 × 0.85 = 0.31875
