Sample Space = (366×366)
P(they were born in the year 2000 = 366/(366×366) = 1/366
P(they were born in the year 2000 = 366/(366×366) = 1/366

To solve this mathematical problem we have to use the method of mathematical probability.
At first we have to find out whether the year 2000 is leap year or not.
To do so ,we just have to see that the number 2000 is divisible by 4 or not
=2000÷4
= 500
So,yes the year 2000 is a leap year which contains total 366 days.
Now we have to calculate the SS [sample space]
=(366×366)
So the final probability will be
P= 366/366×366 = 1/366 (answer)
