two green plants are kept separately in o2 free containers one in the dark and other in continuous light.which one will live longer.give reasons

The plant kept in light will live longer than the plant kept in dark.
Reasons for this:
* The photosynthesis can't take place in dark and in light atleast photosynthesis can take place and it can live for more time than the plant kept in dark.
* In dark elaioplast will develop in dark which will comvert the vacuole of the plants to oil vacuole which will not help the plant to live long and plant will die fast.
