Two group of students are traveling together. One group consistsaf 40 boys and 25 girls, the other group consists of 50 boys and 35 girls. Find the percentage of boys and girls in the combined group​

Total no.of girls = 25 + 35

                           = 60 girls

No.of boys in Group A = 40

No.of boys in group B = 50

Total no.of boys = 40 + 50

                            = 90 boys

Total no. of children = 60 + 90 = 150 children

Percentage of girls = 60 / 150 x 100

                                  = 6000 / 150

                                  = 40 percent

Percentage of boys = 90 / 150 x 100

                                  = 9000 / 150

                                   = 60 percent
