• Similarly police used to sham alleged lock-down violators in different cities/districts. They were taken to the Police Department and hold slates on which an apology was printed. It was captured and the images were posted to their social media pages! Shaming is not accepted as a valid penalty under the statute and is a severe violation by the Supreme Court of privacy
• Hence, we can say during lockdown has seen equality, dignity and due process being violated.
