Two identical bullets are fired - one from a light rifle and the other from a heavy rifle with the same force. Which rifle will cause more injury to the shoulder? Why?​

As both the bullets are identical and are fired with the same force. So, to reduce recall velocity, we use, heavy rifle so that its heavy mass compensate the large momentum. But for light rifle, recoil velocity will be large due to small mass thus light rifle will hurt more to the shoulder.

the heavier rifle will cause more damage because after firing bullet the backward momentum will be more for heavier rifle so due to conservation of momentum the momentum of bullet will be same ans u know momentum depends directly on mass so the bullet released by heavier rifle even though have same mass but the momentum imparted by rifle to bullet will be more in case of heavier rifle
