when current passes through loop A it's charged and loop B has generated an indused current , according to lenz's law the indused emf and current oppose the reason due to which they are generated that's why the loop B is repelled...

according to mi current is induced in loop be according to Faraday lenz law slow the current changing in loop A induce a current in loop B because emf is induced
