Two identical metal spheres A and B carry charges q and 2q respectively. When the two spheres are at distance r from each other, the electrostatic force acting between them is F. Another identical but chargeless sphere is first brought in contact with A, then it is touched to sphere B and then separated from it. Now the force acting between A and C at same distance is ...............

Pic does not has correct answer
Charge on C is 5q/4 instead of q(i have done in attachment)
So multiply -
F/4×5/4=5F/16

.
It goes to A and acquires q/2 then to B and takes half of total charge (q/2+2q=5q/2)
So takes 5q/4

Heta11: No Answer is 5F/16
Omnamhashivay: the charge on C is q/2[acquired from A] +q
Omnamhashivay: it is answer by u or given somewhere?
Heta11: It's given
Omnamhashivay: yaa
Omnamhashivay: 1 min sis..
Omnamhashivay: but i m getting 5F/8
Omnamhashivay: I GOT IT
Omnamhashivay: !!!! I GOT 5F/16
Omnamhashivay: Dhanyavad for brainlist
