Given :
Two identical small bodies each of mass m
charge =q 

The angle between two strings will be 180 degrees. .

Tension force will be equal to coulomb force of repulsion between two positive charge.

F=T=Kq1q2/r²


=Kq²/r²But we know that r=2l

hence
F=T=kq²/(2l)²
=Kq²/4l2

where K=1/4πε₀
