After conection charges will redistribute.

So, Charge on each sphere = 10/2 = 5 micro C

Therefore, Force =

k \frac{q \times q}{ {r}^{2} }  = 9 \times  {10}^{9}  \times  \frac{5 \times 5 { \times 10}^{ - 12} }{ {3}^{2} }  =  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: 25 \times  {10}^{ - 3}
