P=V^2/R
R =V^2/P

Resistance for 1st lamp
R1 = V^2/P = (220)^2/100
=484Ω

Resistance of second lamp
R2= V^2/P = (220)^2/60
=2420/3Ω

Resistance are connected in parallel
1/R = 1/R1 +1/R2
=1/484 + 3/2420
1/R=8/2420
R=2420/8 Ω

=220 x 8/ 2420
=0.73A
