Answer:

hii mate...

hope it helps you...

Here we use I =P/V where , I -current , P-power ,V-volt

*CURRENT THROUGH 1st LAMP* ( I ) = 100/220 =5/11

THEREFORE, Current flowing through first lamp is 5/11

*CURRENT THROUGH 2nd LAMP* (I') = 25/220 =5/44

SINCE, CURRENT flowing through second lamp is 5/44

The *TOTAL* CURRENT FLOWING THROUGH THE LAMP is

= 5/11 + 5/44 ( by taking LCM we get )

= 25 / 44

I=?

P=100 w

V=220

Explanation:

220i = 100/220 = 0.45

Again..

I = 10/220

I= 0.045.......... Thanks I hope it is helpful for u.
