as both the lamps are in parallel so, lamp rated 100 w consumes more enegy  and bright lighter as compare to the lamp of 60 w beacuse it has more rating
   To find the resistance of both lamps,
                   1st lamp,                                                                                                                       P= V^2 /R                                                                                                                     100w=220*220/R                                                                                                              R =       220*220/100                                                                                                                  R= 484 ohm                                                                                                      2nd lamp,                                                                                                                                     P= V^2/ R                                                                                                                            60= 220*220/R                                                                                                                 R = 220*220 /60                                                                                                          R= 806.6 ohm
