• Law No 32 of 2007 on Criminal Law is enforced under the Department of Justice and Constitutional Creation. The purpose of this act is to deal with all legal aspects of sexual offenses and crimes. It governs all procedures and adjudication of all sexual offenses and criminalizes any kind of sexual act without consent.
