Two lighthouses flash their lights every 20 seconds and 30 seconds respectively . Given that they flashed together at 4:10 pm , when will they next flash together .

So we have to find the LCM of 20 and 30

20= 2*2*5

30= 2*3*5

LCM(20,30)= 2*5*3*2

LCM(20,30)= 60

So the two lighthouses will flash again after 60 seconds (1 minute)

So if they flash together at 4:10pm

then they will again flash at 4:11pm
