Any experiment done in the tissue culture is not the exact same as real life situation. In real life, cells are in the form of tissue and there are lots of interactions between different cells. Such things are not possible in tissue culture model. So experimental data has limitation. There is always a doubt on reproducing the data in the in vivo model.
