average cost= total cost/no of goods
soo i guess avg cost= 30+25/2
=55/2
=27.5 rs/l

as they r at ratio 2:3 ......av. cost of b is rs.30 that means total money =30 *3=90 rs.
suppose these as total 5 points...av. cost is 25 ..then total money is 125 rs.
so average cost of a =125-90/2=35/2=17.5rs
===17.5 Rs
