So , volume of Liquid B = Mass / Density = m/12

$density \: of \: mixture = \frac{total \: mass}{total \: volume}$

$= \frac{2m}{ \frac{m}{8} + \frac{m}{12}} = \frac{2m}{ \frac{5m}{24}} = \frac{2 \times 24}{5} = 9.6$

Therefore, the density of the mixture is 9.6 g/cc
