Explanation:

Density of Liquid A = 8 g/cc

Let Mass of the Liquid A = m

So, volume of the Liquid A = Mass / Density = m/8

Density of Liquid B = 12 g/cc

Mass of Liquid B = m

So , volume of Liquid B = Mass / Density = m/12

density \: of \: mixture =  \frac{total \: mass}{total \: volume}

 =  \frac{2m}{ \frac{m}{8}  +  \frac{m}{12}} =  \frac{2m}{ \frac{5m}{24}} =  \frac{2 \times 24}{5}  = 9.6

Therefore, the density of the mixture is 9.6 g/cc

I hope it helps you. If you have any doubts, then don't hesitate to ask.
