By NEWTON second law ..
For m1,
T- m1g=ma. ( i )
For m2,
m2g -T = m2a. (ii)
By adding (i) and (ii)......
(m2 -m1) = ( m1 + m2 ) a
a. =. ( m2 - m1 )/ ( m1 +m2) *g
= 15- 10/15+10 * 10
= 2 m/s
Tension = 2m1m2g / m1 +m2
= 2* 10*15*10 / 25
= 120N
