Two masses 10 kg and 20 kg respectively are connected by a maasless spring force of 200 N acts on the 20kg mass. At the instant the 10kg mass has acceleration of 12m/s^2, what is the acceleration of 20kg mass??

Given ,
acceleration of mass 10kg = 12m/s^2
Force act on 10 kg mass = ma = 12×10= 120N
So Net force act on 20kg mass = (200-120)N
= 80N
Now
acceleration of 20kg = f/m = 80/20 = 4m/s^2
