The acceleration will be zero.

Explanation:

m2g − T = m2a

T − Force applied on the pulley will be 100 N.

Tension in the string must be 50 N.

Now we will have

Force on 8 kg block:

8 g sin 30 - 4 g = 12 a

0 = 12 a

a = 0 /12

a = 0

Weight of other block of mass 8 kg is 80 N.

As its weight is more than the tension in the string so this block will remain at rest and its acceleration must be zero.

Thus the acceleration will be zero.
