velocity = 2d / time
time = 2d / velocity
time for a = 660 / 330
time = 2 sec

the time gap =

sound by a =  330 / 330
                    = 1s

and that of echo

                       =990 / 330
                       = 3s

the time gap = 3s - 1s = 2s
