Answer:

Work rate of 2 men = 100/10 = 10% per day.

Work rate of 4 men = 100*2 = 20% per day.

Work rate of 3 women = 100/10 = 10% per day.

Thus,

Work rate of 4 men and 3 women = 20 + 10 = 30% per day.

Work will complete in = 100/30 = 10/3 = 3.33 days.

Alternatively,

2 men or 3 women can do a piece of work in 10 days.

2 men do 1/10 of the job per day

4 men do 1/5 of the job per day

3 women do 1/10 of the job per day'4 men and 3 women do (1/5 + 1/10) = 3/10 of the job per day, so it takes them 10/3 days to finish.
