So when they will work the 2 second can do that work in 4 hours.Firstly the 1 one will do the work in 1 hours that means he will finsh 27 percent more work that is 60 percent in total . so 60 percent is left the second one works 2 hours fast than the 1 one the first one will 3 hours to complete 60 percent of the work. but the 2 one is fast so he will do that work in 36 min.
