Two metallic spheres having radii a and b, are placed very far from each other and are joined by a conducting wire. The total charge on them is Q. Find (i) the charge on each sphere and (ii) potential on each sphere.

With the3 sphere are connected by the wire so you have to derive formula with as KQ/r1=Kq/ r2 a or else you can derive Q/q=r1/r2 and hence the radius of the r1 will be q=(r1/r2) by combination both equation , you will be get able kq/r2+kq/r2. 2Kq/r2).
