Step-by-step explanation:

let natural no is

x,y

now differ mean in maths is (-).product mean in math is (×) .

so

x-y=2 _1

x×y=35

xy=35. _2

taking square of eq,1 on both sides

(x-y)^2=(2)^2

x^2+y^2-2dy=4

x2+y2-2(35)=4

x2+y2-70=4

x2+y2=4+70

x2+y2=74

x2+y2-74=0

Step-by-step explanation:

let the first natural number be x

let the second natural number be x-2

x(x-2)=35

x^2 - 4x + 4 = 35

x^2 - 4x + 4 - 35 =0

x^2 - 4x - 31 = 0
