Solution :

Ratio of the numbers =. 2:3

So,

Let the numbers = 2x : 3x

When added 5,

The numbers = 2x+5 and 3x+5

2x+5 : 3x+5 = 3:2

(2x+5) /3 = (3x+5)/2

2(2x+5) = 3(3x+5)

4x + 10 = 9x + 15

4x = 9x +5

-5x = 5

x = 5/-5

x = -1

The numbers = 2x & 3x

The numbers = - 2 & - 3
