Let the third number be x.

First number is 10% less than third number -

x - (10x/100)

= 9x/10

Second number is 15% less than third number -

x - (15x/100)

= 17x/20

Ratio if first number to second number -

9x/10 / 17x/20

= 9x/10 ×20/17x

= 18/17

= 18:17

Answer- The ratio between two numbers is 18:17
