Therefore the 1st no is 7x= 7×8 = 56

Let numbers is 7x and 5x

7x - 5x = 2x

$\frac{16 \times 7}{2} = 56$

$\frac{16 \times 5}{2} = 40$

So the numbers are 56 and 40
