Let the 1st no. be x and 2nd be y

Given:

xy=14/15----------1

x/y=24/35---------2

Solve 2nd equation for x value and substitute that value in equation 1st

So we get X value from eq.2=

x=24/35y

Substitute this value in eq.1-----

=>xy=14/15

=>24/35y×y=14/15

=>y2=14×35/15×24

y2=49/36

$y = \sqrt{ \frac{49}{36} } = \frac{7}{6}$

Substitute this value of y in any eq either 1or 2

Lets put this in eq.1


x×7/6=14/15

=>x=4/5


Answer=4/5 and 7/6
