Let the third number be “x”.
10% less than x = x - x *(10/100) = 90x/100 ——>1
15% less than x = x - x *(15/100) = 85x/100 ——> 2
Ratio of 1 & 2 = (90x/100)/(85x/100) = 90/85 = 18/17
Therefore answer is Option D
