The Ratios can be written as fraction.

Let the numbers be x.

So, First Number = 9x.

Second Number = 4x.

The Equation formed is :-

$\bf\red{ \dfrac{9x + 7}{4x + 7} = \dfrac{5}{3} }$

Use Cross Multiplication.

$\bf\gray{3(9x + 7) = 5(4x + 7)}$

$\bf\blue{27x + 21 = 20x + 35}$

$\bf\green{27x - 20x = 35 - 21}$

$\bf\pink{7x = 14}$

$\bf\orange{x = 2}$

If x = 2,

Then 9x = 9(2) = 18

4x = 4(2) = 8.

So, the two numbers are 18 and 8.
