In an equation, this would look like:

4/5 = X/Y.

Y is apparently the larger number. Now we need to find a solution such that

(Y-15) - X = 0 -> Y = X+15 = X -> Y=X+15

4/5 = X/(X+15)

4=5X/(X+15)

4(X+15)=5X

4X+60=5X

X=60

4/5=60/Y

4=300/Y

4Y=300

Y=75
