Answer:

Let the two numbers be 4x and 5x respectively.

The HCF of 2x and 3x is x.

⇒ x = 13

We know that,

Product of two numbers x and y = LCM(x, y) × HCF(x, y)

⇒ 2 × 13 × 3 × 13 = LCM × 13

⇒ LCM =78

∴ LCM = 78

Answer:

LCM = 78

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the numbers are 13a , 13b (HCF = 13)

We also know Two numbers are in the ratio of 2:3

So the numbers should be 13(2), 13(3)

i.e 26,39

So LCM = 78
