two numbers are in the ratio 3:5 . if 5 is added to each , they are in the ratio 22:35. find the numbers

Let two numbers be 3x & 5x

If 5 is added to each then 3x + 5/ 5x + 5= 2/3

9x + 15 = 10x + 10

x = 5

∴ The two numbers are 3(5) & 5(5) = 15 & 25.
