Let the numbers be 5x and 2x
ATQ,
5x-6+6x-6=2x+3x
11x-12=5x
11x-5x=12
6x=12
x=2
∴5x=10
 6x=12

Let the two numbers be x and y
Ratio = x/y = 5/6 => x=5y/6
Given,
x-6/y-6 = 2/3
=> 5y/6-6/y-6 = 2/3
=> 5y-36/6(y-6) = 2/3
=> 5y-36/2(y-6) = 2
=> 5y-36 = 4y-24
=> 5y-4y = 36-24
=> y = 12
Substitute y=12
X= 5(12)/6 = 5(2) = 10
Hope u understand pls mark it as brainliest
