let, two numbers are 5x and 6x
3 substrated first number = 5x-3
2 added second number = 6x+2
then, (5x-3)/(6x+2)=3/5
> 25x-15=18x+6
> 25x-18x= 6+15
> 7x= 21
>x={21/7}
>x= 3
first number = 5x= 5×3=15
second number = 6x=6×3=18
solve it
