Let the two numbers be 2x and 3x

2x × 3x = 600

6x² = 600

x² =600/6

x² = 100

x = ±100

x = ±10

∴ 1st number = 2x = 2 × 10 = ±20

∴ 2nd number = 3x = 3 × 10 = ±30
