Step-by-step explanation:

Given - Two number are in ratio 3:7 and '7' is added to those numbers then the ratio is 11:21

suppose , first number be 3x

and second number be 7x

therefore, According to condition

 \frac{3x + 7}{7x + 7} = \frac{11}{21} \\ 21(3x + 7) = 11(7x + 7) \\ 63x + 147 = 77x + 77 \\ 77x - 63x = 147 - 77 \\ 14x = 70 \\ x = \frac{70}{14 } \\ x = 5 \\

first number =3x

=3×5

= 15

second number = 7x

=7×5

=35
