Let the no. be 3x and 4x.

Let the no. after adding 5 be 7x and 9x.

( 3x+5 )+ ( 4x+5 ) = 7x + 9x

3x + 4x + 5 + 5 = 7x + 9x

7x + 10 = 7x + 9x

10 = 9x

10 ÷ 9 = x

x = 1.1

therefore the no. are,

3x = 3 × 1.1 = 3.3

4x = 4 × 1.1 = 4.4
