$<b><u>$Let us take x, y, z as first, second and third numbers.

According to the problem one number is 25% more than third number.

Another number is 50% more than third number.

As per our asumption,

x = z + (25/100)z

x = z + (z/4)

x = 5z/4

y = z + (50/100)z

y= z + (z/2)

y= 3z/2

Percentage for first of second is x/y = (5z/4)/(3z/2)

Percentage for first of second is x/y = 10/12 = 0.8333..

$x = 83 \frac{1}{3} \% \: \:$
