second number be 2x+3

The two number's sum = 9

x+2x+3 = 9 ( Equation )

3x+3 = 9

3x = 9 - 3 = 6

x = 6 / 3 = 2

One number = ( x ) = 2

Second number = ( 2x+3 ) = 2*2+3 = 7

= 27

( 2+7 = 9 )
