1st case :

 \bf x - y = 4 \\   \\ \bf x = y + 4

2nd case :

 \bf x \times y = 192

Put x value in 2nd case

 \bf (y + 4)  \times y = 192 \\  \\  \bf  {y}^{2}  + 4y  -  192 = 0 \\  \\  \bf  {y}^{2}  + 16y - 12y - 192 = 0 \\  \\  \bf y(y + 16) - 12(y + 16)=0 \\  \\ \bf (y - 12)(y  + 16)=0 \\  \\ \large\underline{\boxed{\bf \orange{ y = 12}}}

Put y value in 1st case

x = y + 4 \\  \\ x = 12 + 4 \\  \\  \large\underline{\boxed{  \bf \green{ x = 16}}}
