Solution :-

Let the two numbers be 2x and 3x respectively.

According to the question,

=> (2x + 3)/(3x + 3) = 3/4

=> 4(2x + 3) = 3(3x + 3)

=> 8x + 12 = 9x + 9

=> 8x - 9x = 9 - 12

=> - x = - 3

∴ x = 3

Therefore,

One number = 2x = 2 × 3 = 6

Other number = 3x = 3 × 3 = 9

Hence,

The two numbers are 6 and 9 respectively.
