according to the statement

(x+10)/(y+10)=2/3

(x+10)*3=2*(y+10)

3x+30=2y+20

let the two no be X and y

given

 \frac{x}{y}  =  \frac{1}{2}

therefore ,

2x= y .......(1)

given if we add 10 both numerator and denominator

then the ratio be 2:3

 \frac{x + 10}{y + 10}  =  \frac{2}{3}

3x + 30 = 2y  + 20

put y = 2x from (1)

then

3x + 30 = 4x + 20

3 0- 20 = 4x - 3x

x = 10

thus ,y = 2x= 20

therefore two numbers X and y are 10 and 20
