Let the larger no. be x and smaller one be y.

ATQ,

x-y = 3

x= 3+y...(1)

Now,

2y + 3x =15..(2)

Substituting (1) in (2),

2y + 3(y+3) = 15

2y +3y =15

3y =12

y = 3 - the smaller number

x = 3+4= 7 - larger number
