The one with velocity 3v has greater momentum because as we know,
P=mv
So P= m×3v = 3mv...(second part)
But P=mv... (first part)
Hope this helps you.... ☺️☺️

Answer:

3V has larger momentum because the velocity is less than the momentum and its depend on the mass of the substance
