we know that impulse=force x time.....................(1)

we know force=mass x acceleration....................(2)

acceleration $a=\frac{v}{t}$.........................(3)

using (1),(2) and (3) we get

impulse=mass x velocity

so impulse is directly proportional to the velocity of the object.

As velocity of B is more so, its impulse is also a high so,object B will exert more force on the man.
