Let's take M1=2x and M2=3x

and V1=4y and V2=5y

then ratio of KE=

1\2 M1 V1^2 : 1\2 M2 V2 ^2

substituting values for mass and velocity we get

1\2 (2x)(16y^2) :1\2 (3x)(25y^2)

cancelling out like terms we get

32:75
