when quicklime is added to water, it gets milky....that is the colour of the limewater changes. This indicates that the limewater has undergone a chemical change

1.Quicklime will remain same in water because quicklime is basic in nature and water is a neutral substance it doesn't generally change colour of any acid or base.

2. It is an exothermic reaction so if you will touch the solution you may feel warm
